By using Thorix.shop, purchasing products or services, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service (“ToS”). Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

“Thorix” / “we” / “us”: Thorix, owner of this platform.
“Customer” / “you”: Any person or entity purchasing or accessing Thorix’s products or services.
“Products”: Custom keyboards and related parts, accessories, or services provided by Thorix.

2. Use of the Site

You may browse and purchase from Thorix.shop if you are at least 18 years old or legally permitted. Your use must be lawful and respectful of our intellectual property and website structure. Any misuse or attempt to breach our systems may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are shown in EUR or your chosen currency, inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Orders are accepted once payment is processed.
Thorix reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify an order at any time, with notice.

4. Payment, Cancellations & Pre-Orders

Cancel pending orders (including pre-orders) before shipment for a full refund.
For pre-orders, cancellation must be requested at least 5 days before the pre-order period ends.
First cancellation: Thorix covers payment fees.
Second cancellation onwards or orders over €1000: a 10% cancellation fee applies.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, cost, and ETA are shown at checkout.
Title transfers to you when goods leave our premises. Customs/import duties are your responsibility.
Damaged deliveries: notify us within 2 days, with photos of packaging and items.
We will file a claim with the carrier, but resolution times depend on the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Defective Products

Report defects within 3 days of receipt with clear photos or video. If confirmed, defects may be refunded or replaced.

6.2 Unsatisfactory Product

If unsatisfied despite using our customization Guide Page:

Return request must be made within 5 days of receipt.
We may supply an alternative product up to €50, or suggest another mutually agreed solution.
Returns must be in original condition. All decisions are final.

6.3 Return Process

You must return the item at your cost, unless agreed otherwise.
Returns are inspected before approval.
Refunds (if approved) are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method—bank processing time may extend arrival.

7. Warranty

Thorix products come with a 2‑year warranty covering defects under normal use.
Excludes damage from misuse, modification, or cosmetic wear.
Submit claims with proof of purchase (except direct Thorix orders). We will inspect and aim to repair or replace. Exceptional cases may qualify for refunds.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, images, and code on Thorix.shop are owned by Thorix and are protected. You agree not to reproduce or use these materials without explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thorix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability does not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product or service.
