At Thorix, every order is handled with precision and care — forged to your exact specifications and delivered securely to your door. This policy outlines our shipping process, timelines, and customer responsibilities.
1. Shipping Regions & Methods
We currently ship to Malta and all EU member states.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times
Processing begins once your order is confirmed and payment is received. Estimated dispatch times are:

In‑stock items: 2–4 business days (stock permitting)

Custom keyboards & builds: 5–7 business days (stock permitting, production time 4–5 days)

Pre‑order items: Dispatched within 2 weeks of the pre‑order end date
Note: Pre‑orders are shipped once all items in the order are ready. If you wish to split your order for earlier delivery, please contact support@thorix.shop. Additional shipping fees may apply.
3. Shipping Costs & Taxes

Malta: €5 fixed rate for local delivery

EU Orders: VAT is charged at checkout; shipping costs calculated dynamically based on carrier rates

Outside the EU: Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs charges upon delivery
4. Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.

Malta: 1–2 business days after dispatch

EU: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take every precaution to protect your order in transit.

Lost Packages: A claim will be opened with the carrier on your behalf. Depending on the outcome, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.

Delivery Damage: Must be reported within 2 days of receipt with photographic evidence of both the packaging and the product.
6. Packaging
Our packaging is designed to minimise transit damage. In rare cases where damage occurs, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Multiple Shipments
Orders are shipped together when all items are ready. If you require split shipping, contact support@thorix.shop prior to dispatch. Additional shipping charges will apply.
8. Restricted Addresses
We ship only to valid street addresses. P.O. boxes are not eligible for delivery.
9. Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
